PURPOSE: A peeling apparatus is provided to peel pericarp of crops such as potato, sweet potato, and chest nut and to work without damage to inner tissue of the crops. CONSTITUTION: A peeling apparatus comprises: a container(11) having a space for removing pericarp of object to be processed; a rotation plate(12) placed at the bottom of the container; a blade(121) which is coupled to the upper rotation plate; a step jaw(122) which is coupled to the upper rotation plate; and a motor which supplies driving force to rotate the rotation plate. The step jaw is parallel with the blade. A sheet is inserted between the step saw and rotation plate. |
