PURPOSE: A device for fixing an implant fixture and a method for fixing the implant fixture are provided to facilitate surgical operation, to reduce an operation time, to relieve pain of a patient, and to reduce a side effect of a repeat surgery. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing an implant fixture comprises: a fixture(1) in which a diameter becomes narrow to the lower part of the fixture and a male screw thread is included on the surface of the fixture; a cortical bone fixture(2) which is located on the upper part of the fixture and is fixed to a cortical bone insertion part; and a cover screw(3) which is fixed to an upper center groove of the fixture through a central through-hole of the cortical bone fixture. The fixture includes: a cylindrical fixture body(10) located in the center of the fixture; a fixture lower part insertion threaded section(11) which is installed at the lower part of the fixture body; and an upper center groove(12) which is installed on the top of the fixture body.
