PURPOSE: A reflector capable of removing a yellow ring and a semiconductor package using the same are provided to remove the yellow ring by constantly removing light radiated from the side of a light emitting device through a reflective plate. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor package includes a substrate(40) and a reflective plate(50). The substrate has a cavity(42) with a light emitting device(44). The reflective plate has a hole(54) with a smaller size than the cavity and a larger size than the light emitting device.
