<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for dividing and transmitting an adjacent base station advertisement message are provided to equally divide the size of sub messages even though the number of adjacent base stations is big to transmit adjacent base station advertisement messages. CONSTITUTION: The first size and the first number of sub messages of an adjacent base station advertisement message are set(S100~S120). If the first number of the sub messages exceeds the preset maximum value, the first number of the sub messages is set by the second number which is under the maximum value. The first size of the sub messages is set by the second size corresponding to the second number. The corresponding adjacent base station information is included in the set sub messages(S170).</p> |
