PURPOSE: A power saving led display board system is provided to operate an LED stably while easily adjusting white balance of an LED. CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving LED bulletin board system includes a power converting unit(120), a red LED electric power supply unit(130), a green LED power supply unit(140), a blue LED power supply unit(150), and a DSP unit(170). The red, green, and blue LED electric power supply units receive the power from the power converting unit and supply a diving power to a red, green, an blue LED respectively. The DSP unit controls the red, green, blue power supply unit respectively.
