PURPOSE: An opening and closing apparatus for a ventilating opening of a ventilation machine is provided to reduce impact and noise by softly moving a opening and closing wing when driving a fan and stopping a fan. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing apparatus for a ventilation opening of a ventilation machine comprises a rotational plate(6), an internal opening/closing wing plate(9a), an external opening/closing wing plate, the opening/closing wing(10), a cap(13), and a returning spring(19). The rotational plate has a horn ball(8) controlling a horn(17) of the opening/closing wing and is attached to the rear side of a motor. The internal opening/closing wing plate is attached to the backend of a motor casing. The external opening/closing wing plate supports a wing shaft(16) of the opening/closing wing. The opening/closing wing includes the wing shaft and the horn. The wing shaft is rotatably installed in a boss. The horn is controlled using the rotational plate. The cap is combined with the internal opening/closing wing plate and the external opening/closing wing plate. The returning spring is installed between the rotational plate and the internal opening/closing wing plate and returns the rotational plate while.
