PURPOSE: A camera module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve optical performance of a camera module by controlling distance between an image sensor and a lens unit. CONSTITUTION: A lens unit(10) comprises one or more lens. An image sensor(50) converts the light passing through the lens unit into an electric signal. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(60) is electrically connected to the image sensor. An integrated holder(20) fixes the lens unit, image sensor and PCB. A filter(30) is combined with an integrated holder and is arranged between the lens unit and image sensor.
