PURPOSE: A rotary brush attaching device for cleaning the surface of a vessel is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by detachably attaching a brush for cleaning the surface of a ship. CONSTITUTION: A rotary brush attaching device for cleaning the surface of a vessel comprises a frame(10), a protruding member(20), a brush receiving member(30), a brush(40) and a stopper member(50). The frame is arranged in a columnar direction at a regular interval to have a fixed width. The protruding member is combined in the frame and respectively projected from the frame to have a separate space. The protruding member is installed in the longitudinal direction of the frame at a regular interval. The brush receiving member is inserted between the frames.
