The seat has a main cylinder (1) constituted of two sliding tubes with a locking device, where the sliding tubes are folded in a square shape. A lower tube is supported on a stabilizing bar (3). The main cylinder and a secondary cylinder (5) are fixed on a base (9) that is provided with a locking system (10) at a desired position. Upper and lower parts of the main cylinder are maintained by an elastically resistant braid. A foot-rest device (12) is placed above the stabilizing bar.
