HIERARCHICAL STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A layered structure and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize or remove after treatment by reducing the size of blocks in the minimum scale area. CONSTITUTION: A layered structure comprises one or more nano objects arranged in a specific pattern. The nano objects have a length of 1~100 nano-meters and are formed in the matrix of the layered structure. The nano object is one of quantum dot, nano sphere, nano particle, nano tube, nano wire, and line pattern.
