PURPOSE: A shock-absorbing member including grooves is provided to apply to products that need to be contacted with human body, and to effectively reduce an impact of the human body when using the products. CONSTITUTION: A shock-absorbing member formed with an elastic material comprises the following: a main body(10) with a honeycomb structure including grooves(15) continuously arranged to length and a breadth direction; and a sealer blocking the flowing in and flowing out of air through openings of each groove by sealing the grooves. The bottom(16) of the groove is in a dome shape. The sealer includes a sealing sheet(22) attached to the main body to seal the openings of each groove.
