PURPOSE: A cleaning device for a road cleaning vehicle is provided to improve workability for steadily keeping ascent and descent of the locking cylinder and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device for a road cleaning vehicle comprises a cylinder brush(100), a side brush(200), a suction mouth(300), a supporting frame(310) and a suction mouth locking cylinder(350). The cylinder brush and a side brush are mounted on car body frame(1) to rotate. The suction mouth is mounted close to the rear end of the side brush and intakes garbage on the road. The supporting frame is installed to be ascended and descended to the car body frame. The suction mouth is fixed on the supporting frame. The suction mouth locking cylinder locks and unlocks a piston which is sliding within a cylinder(C) when the supporting frame is ascended and descended.
