PURPOSE: A stapler is provided to conveniently remove staples which fix plural papers by easily breaking staples by forming one or more cut grooves on the staple. CONSTITUTION: A stapler comprises a magazine part(100), a handle part(200), a cut groove forming part, and a base(400). The magazine part is charged with staples(10). The staple has a connecting bar and a pair of bent needles. The tie bar is integrated with the upper end of the bent needles. The handle part has a driver plate(210). The driver plate extrudes staples inside the magazine part. The handle part is coupled with or separated from the magazine part. The cut groove forming part forms one or more cut grooves on the staples. The base has a bent groove(410).
