PURPOSE: Flow structure of a nozzle module is provided to wash an object on the exterior of the nozzle module by applying ultrasonic energy to cold water with a vibrator, and to improve convenience in usability of a product on which the nozzle module is installed. CONSTITUTION: Flow structure of a nozzle module comprises a cold water pipe(211), a hot water pipe(212), an upper housing, a vibrator(223), and a lower housing(224). The cold water pipe and the hot water pipe are connected in the upper housing. The vibrator is formed on an upper inner side of the upper housing. The vibrator adds ultrasonic energy to cold water. The lower housing sprays lukewarm water to the outside.
