PURPOSE: A heel of shoes including multiple small balls is provided to effectively absorb an impact applied to the feet of a wearer when walking a long time, and to prevent the impact from effecting on knees and ankles. CONSTITUTION: An impact absorption heel of shoes(10) formed with a material with excellent elasticity and durability comprises the following: a storing groove(11) in the heel; multiple small balls(20) red in the inside of the storing groove through a hole(31) in a mid sole(30); and a finishing member(32) attached to the mid sole to cover the hole. The small balls are formed with a material selected from the group consisting of a sponge ball, a rubber ball or a synthetic resin ball. |
