PURPOSE: A system for installing a multi-beam echo sounder is provided to minimize errors occurred when offset is set, and to prevent the errors from being expanded. CONSTITUTION: A system for installing a multi-beam echo sounder is composed of a holder(100), multiple clamping units, a depth controlling pipe(200), a motion sensor(400), a multi-beam echo sounder(600), a GPS mounting unit(300), and a GPS receiver(500). The clamping units are composed of a first clamping member, a second clamping member, a bolt, and a nut. A bar insertion groove is formed in a first through hole of the first clamping member. A rotation prevention bar(201) is formed in the outer surface of the depth controlling pipe, and inserted into the bar insertion groove.
