PURPOSE: An apparatus for detaching a filter of an ultrasonic cleaner is provided to automatically separate a filter cartridge from a cartridge separation part by operating a control part and a stepping motor, and to prevent water leakage. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detaching a filter of an ultrasonic cleaner comprises a filter cartridge(100), a cartridge detaching part(200), a cartridge receiving part, a stepping motor, and a control part. A gear is formed on a side of the filter cartridge. The stepping motor supplies power to a motor gear. The motor gear is rotated to separate the filter cartridge from the cartridge detaching part. The control part operates the stepping motor when the fixed time passes by.
