CULTIVATION METHOD FOR STIMULATION CELL PROLIFERATION AND INHIBITION DIFFERENTIATION OF HUMAN KERATINOCYTES USING THE MEDIUM CONTAINING SOY PROTEIN HYDROLYSATES

PURPOSE: A method for culturing human keratinocytes is provided to strengthen in vitro proliferation and delay differentiation with less risk. CONSTITUTION: A medium for culturing human keratinocytes in vitro contains 24ug/ml of bovine pituitary extract and 0.25-2 g/L of soybean protein hydrolysate A method for culturing the human keratinocytes comprises: a step of isolating keratinocyte from preputium from a 10-15 year old child by maintaining a skin tissue in 0.05% trypsin-0.53mM EDTA solution at 4°C for 16 hours; a step of collecting keratinocytes by shaking the skin tissue vigorously; and a step of culturing the keratinocytes in a medium containing 0.2 ng/ml of EGF(Epidermal Growth Factor), 5ug/ml of insulin, 5ug/ml of transferring, 0.18 ug/ml of hydrocortisone, 0.2%(v/v) of bovine pituitary extract(BPE).
