PURPOSE: A choux cream bread for selling on the street is provided to ensure nutritional balance and to enjoy soft and sweet bread taste. CONSTITUTION: A choux cream bread comprises wheat dough and choux cream inside the dough. The choux cream contains 42-48 weight% of corn starch, 32-37 weight% of sugar powder, and 18-22 weight% of dried milk. The choux cream further contains 0.1-0.3 weight% of edible coloring agent, 0.5-2 weight% of salt, and 0.1-0.3 weight% of flavors.
