PURPOSE: A detector harness cabling structure of an image processing device for a medicine is provided to smoothly operate a detector by lifting a detector harness with the detector. CONSTITUTION: A medical treatment image processing comprises a support stand, an up and down movement unit, and a detector(130). The up and down movement part ascend and descend along the height of the support stand. The detector detects the radiation. The radiation is projected from the irradiator. A detector harness cabling structure comprises a harness guide opening and a pair of guide plates(160). The harness guide opening guides the detector harness(140).
