<p>PURPOSE: An automatic welding tip exchange system for a welding robot is provided to automatically exchange a tip for a welding gun of the welding robot, thereby reducing the time for welding work. CONSTITUTION: An automatic welding tip exchange system for a welding robot comprises a tip exchanger(100), a tip receiver(200), and a tip loader(300). The tip exchanger releases the joint between the shank of a robot welding gun and the tip using the torque by friction and separates the tip from the shank by vertically reciprocating. The tip receiver receives the tip ejected downward from the tip exchanger. The tip loader supplies a new tip from above the tip exchanger. The tip exchanger, the tip receiver, and the tip loader are installed on an erected body(400) with a supporting plate.</p> |
