METHOD FOR CONTROLLING CLUTCH FOR AIRCONDITIONER COMPRESSOR OF HYBRID VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a clutch for driving an air conditioner compressor of a hybrid vehicle is provided to improve an air conditioner operation efficiency using one machinery compressor by operate a separation(OPEN) or a bonding(CLOSE) control of the clutch connected between an engine and ISG according to on/OFF and EV / HEV driving mode of an air conditioner switch. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a clutch for driving an air conditioner compressor of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a step of distinguishing whether a driving mode of the hybrid vehicle is a EV driving mode or HEV driving mode and whether an air conditioner switch is on or off; and a step of controlling a clutch which is connected between an engine and ISG into a separation(OPEN) or bonding(CLOSE) by distinguishing a conversion of the driving mode from the EV driving mode to the HEV driving mode and the conversion of the air conditioner switch from on to off.
