<p>PURPOSE: A metal flake manufacturing method is provided to implement different thicknesses and optical and electrical properties of metal flake by differentiating a coating method, a base material and the concentration of metallic ink composition for coating. CONSTITUTION: A metal flake manufacturing method is as follows. A coating ink including organometallic compound is coated on a base material. A metallic ink coated is sourced on the base materials. The metallic foil is separated from the metallic material and then pulverized. The pulverized metal flake is refined. The coating ink includes one or more selected from the group consisting of solvent, stabilizer, dispersing agent, binder resin, release agent, reducing agent, surfactant, wetting agent, thixotropic agent, or leveling agent.</p> |
