CONSTITUTION: An image processing apparatus for adjusting image quality and a method using the same comprise the following steps. An image or a GUI item are displayed(S510). The GUI item is changed based on a picture quality adjustment command(S570). Picture quality of the image is adjusted based on the image quality adjustment command(S580).
