PURPOSE: A financial account register system is provided to enable a client to register an existing card as a payroll deduction card without issuing a separate card for payroll deduction. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(110) stores predetermined loan condition information. If a client applies a loan, a register unit(120) confirms whether the client is a loanable client with reference to the loan condition information. The register unit offers a loan amount to a financial account of the client. The register unit registers the financial account as a financial account for payroll mortgage setting.
