LTCC BOARD WITH EMBEDDED CAPACITORS

PURPOSE: An LTCC board with embedded capacitors is provided to reduce the loss of a signal flowing in a via and noise interference by covering a signal via with a high-k dielectric material, the low dielectric material, and the high-k dielectric material successively. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor embedded LTCC substrate(200) comprises a capacitor, and one or more VIA(230) for a first signal, and a cavity(250). The capacitor is formed by laminating the dielectric layer and inner electrode layer alternately. The VIA for the first signal is passed through the capacitor. The cavity protects the via for the signal. A first insulation layer(260a) and a second insulation layer(260b) are respectively laminated an upper and lower side of the capacitor. A VIA for the second signal passes through the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer.
