PURPOSE: A check valve for cooling a piston of a vehicle is provided to prevent the cooling performance of a piston from being lowered due to a flow rate decrease by forming an oil inlet and an oil outlet on a piston. CONSTITUTION: A check valve for cooling a piston of a vehicle comprises a valve housing(10), a piston(30), a spring(60), and a sub drain path(23). The valve housing has an inflow port(21) and an outflow port(22) for oil. The piston moves inside the valve housing based on oil pressure and opens and closes the outflow port. An oil inlet(41) and an oil outlet(42) are formed inside the piston. A spring is formed inside the valve housing and supports the piston toward the direction in which the outflow port is closed. The sub drain path is formed in the valve housing and is connected to the outflow port.
