CONSTITUTION: A Paenibacillus lentimorbus CMC3723(deposit number: KACC91379P) is isolated from soil. The Paenibacillus lentimorbus CMC3723(deposit number KACC 91379P) has an effect of suppressing Venturia nashicola, Botrytis cinerea, Sclerotium cepivorum, and Colletotrichum acutatum. An agent for preventing plant diseases contains a Paenibacillus lentimorbus CMC3723 culture medium.
