The lamp (3) has a cover (22) i.e. silicon sphere, and a base (21) whose one end is provided with an electric conduction element (20) and another end extended from the element is formed with a heat dissipation part (23). The part is formed of polygonal pyramid or cylinder, on which an LED lamp module is fixed. The module has an electrically conducting strip (30) i.e. base terminal, and an electronic chip (32) is fixed on the strip. The part is fixed to the pyramid that is fixed to an inert substrate of a heat conducting circuit i.e. electric loop.
