摘要 PURPOSE: A composite steel pipe and a non-excavation type pipe laying method using the same are provided to reduce the internal coat cost of a complex steel pipe by installing an inner protective cover and then, installing a horizontal bracing ring and a vertical support. CONSTITUTION: A composite steel pipe comprises barrel steel pipes(9,9'), a buffer material for adhesion(13), an outer lining material(15), an inner protective cover for temporary installation(23), an inner horizontal racing ring(29) for temporary installation, an inner vertical support for temporary installation(31), a shock-absorbing sheet(19) for a joint part, and a lining sheet(21) for a joint part. The inner protective cover is installed inside a steel pipe. The inner horizontal racing ring for temporary installation is installed inside the inner surface protective cover at fixed intervals. The inner vertical support for the temporary installation is installed at fixed intervals on the inner horizontal racing ring for temporary installation. The shock-absorbing sheet is installed on the exterior of both joint parts.
