摘要 A lithium battery using a soluble modified polyimide is provided to minimize the self-discharge ratio, to improve the discharge time by at least 50% as compared with conventional batteries, and to realize excellent stability at high and low temperatures. A lithium battery using a soluble modified polyimide comprises an anode whose surface(1) is coated with a soluble polyimide(2) including polyether imide(PEI), polyamide imide(PAI) or polyether imide ester(PEIE), or a copolymer containing at least two of the polyimide compounds. The anode is coated with the soluble polyimide through a spraying or dipping process. The lithium battery comprises an electrolyte containing a lithium salt in combination with an aluminum salt.
