PURPOSE: A felt for repairing a conduit and a conduit repairing method using the felt without excavation are provided to prevent the felt from peeling by forming an expansive felt body in a cylindrical shape without an overlapping part. CONSTITUTION: Damaged parts of a conduit(2) are detected. A sealing material(30) is inserted into an expansive felt body(20). An expansive film(40) is attached to the inner circumference of the expansive felt body. A felt for repairing the conduit is inserted into a packer when the felt is inserted into the conduit. The packer is extended to attach the felt to the damaged parts of the conduit. The packer and the felt are moved to the damaged parts of the conduit. The felt is attached to the damaged parts by expanding the packer. The packer is shrunk after curing the felt and then removed from the conduit.
