ALUMINO SILICATE TYPE COMPOSITION FOR HIGH DURABLE BOARD, PROCESS FOR HIGH DURABLE BOARD BY THE COMPOSITION AND OUTSIDE INSULATION METHOD USING THE HIGH DURABLE BOARD

PURPOSE: An aluminosilicate-based composition for manufacturing a high durable board with light weight, a method for manufacturing the board with light weight, and an outer insulation method using the composition are provide to obtain excellent durability, heat resistant properties, and strength and to easily apply the board to the outer insulation method. CONSTITUTION: An aluminosilicate-based composition for manufacturing a high durable board(30) with light weight comprises: a dry mortar including 42~69 weight% of aluminosilicate inorganic mineral, 23~33 weight% of light weight aggregate, 8~25 weight% of filler: and 9~21 weight% of alkali silicate aqueous solution. The filler is bentonite or calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA). The light weight aggregate has a particle size of 0.5~7mm and a unit weight of the light weight aggregate is 0.03~0.12g /cc.
