PURPOSE: Mineral concentrate for food addition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer safety for taking the concentrate for a long time without toxicity or side effects, and to reduce activation of GST[Glutathion-S-Transferase]. CONSTITUTION: Mineral concentrate for food addition includes 2~5 parts by weight of sodium citrate, 4~8 parts by weight of potassium chloride, 8~16 parts by weight of refined sugar and 5~9 parts by weight of sodium carbonate. The composition is formed by diluting the sodium citrate, the potassium chloride, the refined sugar and sodium carbonate with water. The weight ratio of the sodium citrate, the potassium chloride, the refined sugar and sodium carbonate is 2~5 : 4~8 : 8~16 : 5~9 respectively.
