PURPOSE: An anti-rotation apparatus for wires and a wire straightening system using the same are provided to prevent the twisting of a wire transported straight. CONSTITUTION: An anti-rotation apparatus(400) comprises a body, a lower support, an upper support, and a pressing unit(470). The lower support is fixed to the body and comprises a lower roller(453) which revolves while supporting the lower side of a wire transported straight. The upper support is fixed to the body on one side and selectively presses the upper side of the wire on the other. The pressing unit presses the upper support downward.
