<p>A plasterboard that even in the use in places where dew condensation is usual, or continuous splashing with water is likely, such as an interior of elevator shaft, can continue to exert mildewproofing capability over a prolonged period of time. In the plasterboard, a waterproofing agent and mildewcide with poor solubility in water are contained in a plaster core, and further, use is made of a plasterboard base paper containing a mildewcide with poor solubility in water.</p> |
