FIELD: explosives. ^ SUBSTANCE: block propellant porous charge (version 1) is made of composition, which contains non-plasticised fibres of cellulose nitrates and water-soluble polymer of synthetic or natural origin in amount of not more than 25 wt %. Block propellant porous charge (version 2) is made of composition, which contains non-plasticised fibres of cellulose nitrates, water-soluble polymer of synthetic or natural origin in amount of not more than 25 wt % and active filler with particle size of less than 0.4 mm in the form of brisant explosives and/or powders. Method is suggested for manufacturing of block propellant porous charge according to version 2, including preparation of aqueous solution of polymer, preparation of components mixture by mixing of active filler and water-moist non-plasticised fibres of cellulose nitrates and addition of aqueous polymer solution into produced mass, homogenisation of mixture in granulator, formation of charges from produced mixture by pressing and water removal by drying. ^ EFFECT: improved ballistic properties and operational parametres of propellant charges. ^ 3 cl, 2 tbl |
