FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for unwinding of band metal from reel and can be used in rolling mills, rotary-slitting line of band. Device contains frame with plain slideway, shaft for location of drum and rotary tool shaft drive in the form of reducer and electromotor, herewith reducer is implemented as double-stage with two parting planes with location in bottom parting plane of shaft bearing of drum, and in top plane-bearings of intermediate and high speed shafts, symmetrical relative to vertical plane, passing through axis of drum's shaft. Bottom casing of reducer is outfitted by two bearing boxes of rectangular section, symmetrical relative to vertical plane of drum and integrated by its inner cavities to cavities of reducer, herewith at one of boxes it is located central lubrication station, and on bottom planes of boxes there are implemented plain slideways, interacting to guides of frame. Central lubrication station is outfitted by suction main with mounted on its end two symmetrical filters and forcing main, connected to lubrication feeding element for intermediate and high speed shafts of reducer. ^ EFFECT: there is provided reliability growth, decreasing of overall dimensions and cost parametres. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
