FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device to monitor egg bearing. Monitoring consists in that, given availability of one of the following conditions, i.e. (a) egg dropped, (b) egg-shell not broken, or (c) yolk bag tampered, said condition is recorded automatically and deviance from standard is displayed for operator.
