FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains vertical casing with longitudinal walls, service bunker, valved dosing tank, clearing vibrating board and conveyor or inclined flute for assembling and draining of iron melt, heaters with two-sheet pipe on top part, allowing cavity of gas conduit, lower of which it is located cavity of air duct, from which in wall of heater there are lowered co-axial located ducting and gas pipelines, communicating to air vertical channels in walls of heaters - through openings in inner walls, and with gas - through annular collectors in bottoms of heater. Heaters are fixed to walls of verticalcasing with formation of combustion chambers, covers of heaters are implemented with external bevels and are located with formation with walls of heaters of bent slots and with formation of running slots by external bevels of covers. Bent slots by its outlets nozzles are corresponded with vertical channels of heaters, and its outlet nozzles are directed to downwards into combustion chambers under sharp angle to axis of running slots, in which there are introduced cones of valved doser and which communicates to furnace bin and combustion chambers. Extreme chambers of combustion are formed by halves of heaters. ^ EFFECT: invention provides to make manufacturing as compact and cheap. ^ 4 dwg |
