FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises shaped flexible terminals interacting, via insulators, with rail foot that rests, via rail flexible gasket, upon support plate. Opposite sides of support plate have shaped guide holes furnished with ledges to support central arms of shaped flexible terminals. Said ledges can accommodate dampers for support plate resting, via flexible pad, upon tie wherein anchors are fixed. Anchor heads make the guides for support plate. Slots made in aforesaid head represent guides of shaped flexible terminal ends. Support plate is provided with supports-retainers with slots to lock the ends of aforesaid shaped flexible terminals, as well ad ribs and recesses to mount insulators. Said support-retainer is separated from anchor head by one of the support plate dampers. ^ EFFECT: reduced vibration and noise. ^ 6 dwg |
