FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: composition for manufacturing of roasting free carbide-silicon heat resistant concrete contains the following components, wt %: carbide-silicon filler 60-80, finely ground silicon carbide 8-16, specified finely ground schungite 4-10, finely ground amorphous graphite 6-10, sodium silicate slab in the form of nanosize particles 2-4, water based on V/T 0.12-0.14. Method for production of roasting free carbide-silicon heat resistant concrete from abovementioned composition consists in changeover of sodium silicate slab into nanosize particles by means of dehydrate dispersion of hydrated sodium silicate slab, which is finely ground down to specific surface of 2500-3000 cm2/g at the temperature of 200-600C, mixing of carbide-silicon filler, finely ground silicon carbide, specified schungite and graphite with addition of sodium silicate slab aqueous mix in the form of their nanosize particles, having temperature of 80-90C, into their mix while mixing, and then addition of water with temperature of 80-90C, mixing of produced mixture, moulding of items out of it and their treatment with thermal shock at the temperature of 250-300C for 1-2 hours. Besides finely ground schungite and graphite are produced by means of their joint dry grinding. ^ EFFECT: increased strength in process of concretes compression after drying. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex |
