The offered multipolar magnetizing device is used for magnetization of elastic permanent sheet magnets. The cylindrical revolving inductor device consists of ring-wise NdFeB permanent magnets 1 located on non-magnetic shaft 3. The magnets are divided by ferromagnetic disks 2 (Fig.1). The NdFeB permanent magnets axial magnetizing is achieved in such a manner that creates on the external surfaces of the ferromagnetic disks and the surface of the elastic magnet 4 create poles of opposite polarity. To increase the magnetic intensity of the magnetizing field the elastic magnet settles down on the ferromagnetic core. At the magnetization of lengthy (rolled) elastic magnets the magnetic core is executed in the form of a revolving cylinder with an axis parallel to the inductor axis. The elastic magnet moves during the magnetization in the gap between the revolving inductor and the magnetic core. The offered multipolar magnetizing device allows to increase the intensity of an inductor magnetizing field, to lower the amount of energy consumption and to increase the reliability of the devices during the magnetization of elastic magnets.
