FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities of measurement inspection and inspection technology and is provided for manufacturing of powerful semiconductor devices with threaded mounting to heat-eliminating basis. Compression unit contain hollow casing with external thread and wall from the side of basis, nut in the form of cap, spring, cylindrical rod with disk-shaped limit stop, ends of rod pass through openings of casing wall and nut. In casing it is movable cylindrical sleeve with co-axial opening in bottom. Inside nut is journal bearing, spring bears into wall of casing and bottom of sleeve and interacts either through bottom of sleeve with disk-shaped rest, or through wall of sleeve and journal bearing with cap of nut. Passing through wall of casing end of rod is outfitted by thread for connection to product. ^ EFFECT: there is excluded damage attachment thread section of device at specification on it of landed force. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
