FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: material consists of layer of armature and flexible filler. Layer of armature is implemented from close-meshed metal lath for wire of diametre, for instance 0.5 mm, and galvanised rope of diametre, for instance 8 mm with interlacement by cells of grid, with additional gasket of synthetic cord fiber, for instance 2 layers. In the capacity of flexible filler it is used cast-in-block cold-resistant and wear-proof rubber, or other synthetics with analogous properties. ^ EFFECT: increasing of material wear resistance, provided for knifes of mine dumps. ^ 1 dwg |
