FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical processing blades of a blade integrated disk. The method involves fitting a blade integrated disk with pre-formed inter-blade channels onto a shaft with formation of an angle between the plane passing through the axis of the blade integrated disk and the axis of the shaft, and angle between that plane and the axis of the processed blade, moving blade integrated disk until the processed blade lies between tool electrodes, electrochemical processing, taking the blade integrated disk out of the inter-electrode gap and its rotation about its axis by one step in order to move the next blade into the inter-electrode gap. The diagonal of the blade airfoil portion of the blade integrated disk is determined, in which the blade airfoil portion has the least convexity. Two outermost points of the said diagonal are selected and the radius R of the circle with the centre on the axis of the shaft which passes through the outer most points of the diagonal is determined using the formula: , where H and H1 - distance along the height of the blade from the axis of the shaft to outermost points of the diagonal of the blade, lying on the rim of the blade integrated disk and on face of the blade airfoil portion respectively, L and L1 - distance along the chord of the blade from the axis of the shaft and the same points, and the blade is placed into the gap by moving the blade integrated disk along the circle of radius R, and angles and are determined from the condition of location of outermost points of the said diagonal on the circle of radius R, and after processing the blade is removed from the gap by moving the blade integrated disk on the same circle. ^ EFFECT: method allows for preventing translational movement of the blade integrated disk when it is being moved into or from the inter-electrode gap and provides its movement on a circle only. ^ 3 dwg |
