FIELD: heating systems, drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying of loose materials in convective driers, mainly for small-seed materials and can be used in agricultural industry. Method for drying loose materials consists in the fact that loose material is loaded, flow is formed and moved gravitationally in shaft being ventilated with drying agent, inversed and unloaded. New feature is that prior to inversion, flow is divided into parts, material in those parts is mixed mechanically, and velocity of its gravitational movement is controlled. Device for drying loose material includes loading and unloading devices, silo above shaft, shafts, heat generator and inverter. New feature is that inverter in its upper part is equipped with dosing mixers in number equal to the number of separated flows with possibility of changing rotation frequency and with separating plates between them. ^ EFFECT: invention shall improve drying quality of loose material, ie decrease of drying non-uniformity. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
