<p>FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for rescue and repair works and can be used to eliminate obstructions in long curvilinear channels brought about at notable depth by wire bunches of broken cables and reinforcements of construction structure. Proposed device comprises electric drive accommodated in housing, cutting disk fitted on drive shaft, conical adapter fitted on electric drive housing, ahead of aforesaid cutting disk, and carrier arranged to move inside the channel and coupled with the electric drive end. Electric drive housing accommodates, on both sides of cutting disk, two crescent grips. Aforesaid conical adapter is fixed on electric drive housing, radially displaced relative to cutting disk axis.
