FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for restoration of hyaline cartilage with simultaneous restoration of subchondral bone plate within injured bone epiphyses with an osteochondral defect observed. A demineralised bone graft is placed in an injury zone. If the defect size is 2-3 cm2, the cortical bone graft used has demineralization degree 25%, and if the defect has a size of 0.5 - 2 cm2, demineralisation of the used cortical bone graft is 50%. ^ EFFECT: method allows improving possibilities for formation of a high-grade regenerate. ^ 2 dwg
