FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery of osteomyelitis-involved calcaneal bone. At first, fusion of ankle and talonavicular joint is carried out. It is followed with osteotomy in proximal and distal thirds of shin bone and osteotomy of neck of talus. A fragment is brought down owing to distraction within osteotomy in a proximal one-third. Then angular downward turn at the osteotomy level is performed in a distal third. The defect is replaced by gradual bringing down of synostosis-involved fragments of shin and ankle bone combined with formation of shin-cuboid synostosis. ^ EFFECT: method restores support ability in a combination to anarchically correct formation of foot posterior contours. ^ 1 ex, 4 dwg
